A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Bias Corporation to extend the term.
Amends a contract with Bias Corporation by adding three years for a new end date of 12-31-22 for on-call professional services to assist with troubleshooting, patching and supporting Oracle products, including business intelligence, identity and access management and service-oriented architecture. No change to contract amount (201312974). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-21-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-10-19.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
BIAS, Co. will provide Professional Services to assist Technology Services with troubleshooting, patching and supporting the following Oracle products: Business Intelligence, Identity and Access Management, Service Oriented Architecture. The City has invested heavily in these technologies and runs critical services to include Enterprise Cashiering, Integrated Criminal Justice and Workday. BIAS is a trusted partner that has helped us implement these technologies and has the expertise to assist CCD in supporting the consistent operation of these Oracle products.
CCD is required to support these Oracle products while Technology Services is migrating to other software platforms intended to replace the functionality provided by these Oracle products. After Technology Services completes the migration of existing services to alternate software platforms this contract will not be required.
