Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Air General’s current lease expired on July 31, 2019 and is currently on holdover.  This is a new lease for a one-year term. Air General provides cargo handling services to several of Denver International Airport’s (DEN) signatory airlines which includes American Airlines, British Airways, and Delta Airlines. They will lease 22,483.24 sq. ft. of building space and 71,227.989 sq. ft. of ground space. 

This amendment also adds compliance language for the minimum wage ordinance.
