This amendment adds two caged storage spaces in the Concourse A basement of 2368.0 sq. ft. and 548.3 sq. ft. to the US Government General Services Administration lease for the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) administrative space at Denver International Airport (DEN).  This space supports the TSA’s current passenger screening operation.  The rate for these cages is $47.055 per sq. ft. annually.   The Government will pay the City $156,034.00 annually in rent for this space.
