Official Map Amendment to rezone .435 acres of a property located at 4338 Lipan Street from U-RH-2.5 (Urban- Row House - 2.5 stories) to U-RX-3 (Urban - Residential Mixed Use- 3 Stories) in the Sunnyside Statistical Neighborhood. At the December 4, 2019 Planning Board public hearing, the Planning Board voted unanimously (8-0) to recommend approval of the request.
