The scope of this agreement is for Professional Services to complete the design of the Livestock Center design for the National Western Center project. The Project includes the design and construction administration services for approximately 387,800 sq. ft. of new livestock facilities, Livestock Stadium Arena, Livestock Hall, and Livestock Hall Auction Arena, and associated plaza around the facility. The scope of design services includes verification of programming and conceptual design, schematic design, design development, preparation of construction documents, coordination with the selected Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), and construction administration through project completion.
