A resolution approving a proposed Fifth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and ShotSpotter, Inc. to extend the term, increase compensation and amend the maximum contract amount for the subscription to the ShotSpotter Flex System.
Amends a contract with ShotSpotter Inc. by adding $815,545 for a new total of $3,690,954 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-20 for equipment and services related to high-tech audio equipment capable of detecting and pinpointing the location of gunfire within the service area (201525310-05). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-31-20. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 2-26-20.
