Request budget appropriation of $65,000 for the Emergency Management Performance Grant from the Colorado Division of Homeland Security. The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) receives this grant on an annual basis and has done so for the past 19 years. OEM is requesting to establish budget based off the intent to fund documentation from the funder which equates to 50 percent of the total forecasted award. Establishing budget will facilitate the expedient use of the grant dollars prior to the end of the performance period on December 31, 2020.
