Amends a contract with National Medical Services, Inc. by adding $150,000 for a new total of $634,649 and adding a toxicology test for laboratory services to the Medical Examiner, citywide. No changes to contract duration (ENVHL - 201626890-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-8-20.
