Amends a contract with Keller Rohrback by adding 2 years, 4 months for a new end date of 12-31-22 to assist in litigation as special counsel for the initiation and management of the Opioid lawsuit and the JUUL Vaping lawsuit. No change to contract amount (ATTNY-201843723-01; ATTNY-201953004-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-31-20.
