Installation of two trail underpasses under both Colorado Blvd. and Hampden Ave. in order to improve pedestrian and cyclist safety and improve trail connectivity.  Two pedestrian box culverts will be installed, and new trail will be built between the underpasses. This project includes Federal STIP funding.
