Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The Department of Parks and Recreation (“DPR”) plans to install the River North Promenade Park (“Park”), extending along Arkins Court from the southwestern extent of the River North Park frontage property to 38th Avenue in Denver, Colorado. The Park will convert approximately 1400 feet of existing roadway at Arkins Court from 35th to 38th Avenues into a linear park with water quality elements, planter boxes, gangway and pavilion structures, and locations for the public to sit, have events, play, and exercise.

 

There are existing sanitary sewer lines within Arkin Court and the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District (“District”) requested an access and use agreement be executed with DPR to ensure that the District can continue to operate, use, inspect, maintain, repair, enlarge, replace, and remove the sanitary sewer lines.
