Establishes a new Special Revenue Fund named the "Emergency Response Grant Fund" in the General Government Special Revenue Fund series to be used by the Department of Finance to receive and expend federal or federal pass-through funds. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-11-20. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 4-7-20.
