The City and County of Denver seeks a qualified engineering consulting firm to create and implement a flow monitoring plan and build a calibrated hydraulic model for both wet and dry conditions. The project includes development of a modern Sanitary Sewer Master Plan and evaluation of existing conditions and planned future growth to recommend and prioritize improvements for the upcoming capital improvements plan.
