Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Artist David Garcia, of Elizabeth, CO, will create a series of original artworks for the two National

Western Center Bridges, one at Bettie Cram Drive, and one at 51st Avenue. The artwork will consist of several cast-in-place concrete forms with relief accents, mosaic tiles, and some bronze detailing. The artworks run the length of the bridges.
