A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and IPS Group, Inc. to increase the maximum contract amount, modify existing pricing, extend the term, and add new terms and conditions to provide technology for on-street parking management systems.
Amends a contract with IPS Group, Inc. by adding $3,000,000 for a new total of $24,500,000 and two years for a new end date of 10-31-22 to provide technology for on-street parking management systems, citywide (CE95036). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-23-20. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-22-20.
