CP Bedrock plans to develop their vacant parcel of land at 45th and Tower Road.  Between the sidewalk and CP Bedrock’s parcel, there is a strip of City owned land that is not right-of-way. CP Bedrock wishes to build a pedestrian sidewalk linking the public sidewalk to their parcel on both the 45th St. and Tower Rd. sides. (See attached aerial).  The License Agreement and Covenant is a revocable license.
