Approves a lease agreement with Air General, Inc. for rates and charges and through 12-31-20, with two one-year options to extend, to lease 16,777.54 square feet of building space and 54,518.295 square feet of ground space to provide cargo handling services to several passenger airlines at Denver International Airport (202055034). This is a lease of space at the Joint Use Cargo Building at Denver International Airport to Air General, Inc. to support their contracts to provide cargo handling services to several passenger airlines, currently American Airlines, British Airways and Delta Airlines. They will lease 16,777.54 sq. ft. of building space and 54,518.295 sq. ft. of ground space. Term of Contract: 9/1/2020 - 12/31/2020 plus two one-year extension options.
