Approves the Mayoral reappointment of Shawn Cohn and the Mayoral appointments of Elias Diggins, Michelle Folmar and Chris Meeks to the Denver Community Corrections Board for terms effective immediately and expiring on 6-30-24, or until a successor is duly appointed. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 10-13-20.

State statute establishes the creation of community corrections boards with authority to approve or disapprove the establishment and operation of community corrections programs within municipalities.
