This is a new lease for Swissport Cargo Services, LP. (Swissport) in the Joint Use Cargo Building. Swissport provides cargo handling services to Amazon at Denver International Airport (DEN). Swissport will lease 9965.88 sq. ft. of building space and 42,274.86 sq. ft. of ground space. This agreement has a term of 1 year with two 1-year optional extensions. This agreement has a shorter term because DEN and the airport ground services companies plan to negotiate a new long-term use and lease agreement during 2021.
