Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Established thru Senate Bill 91-94, the Colorado Youth Detention Continuum (CYDC) program provides funding to jurisdictions to provide alternatives to incarceration services. CYDC program staff are responsible for screening youth who have been charged with a misdemeanor and/or felony offense to determine release disposition and pre-trial release services which allows the youth to be supervised in the community in lieu of remaining in detention while the case is being moved through the juvenile justice system.

The funding for this IGA is split into two distinct funding streams (YDC and MTR). The original IGA amount of $1,550,888 remains unchanged however this amendment changes the amount of funding that comes from YDC and MTR by increasing MTR funding by $116,734 and decreasing the allocation from YDC by the same amount.
