Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The ordinance will approve the appendices to the Operating Agreement between the City and Denver Health and Hospital Authority for fiscal year 2021. The contract will reflect new funding levels and other necessary adjustments for 2021. The proposed contract amount is for the City to expend funds of $61,486,301 for DHHA services and the City to receive funds of $3,744,445 for City services provided to DHHA.

 

DHHA provides medical, public health, and mental health services to Denver residents and City agencies, and the City provides some services to DHHA mostly related to supporting the remaining career service employees who work at DHHA.
