Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Stapleton Foundation provides be well Health and Wellness Initiative ("be well") programming and educational opportunities within Recreation Centers for Denver residents. Be well provides a benefit to the Denver community in that programs are facilitated in Spanish or by community members, creating a warm and welcoming environment at the Recreation Center for citizens to engage in healthy lifestyle activities and become introduced to what DPR has to offer in Recreation Center memberships. Be well programs benefit citizens by enhancing the lives and health of the neighborhood residents, contributing to developing more deeply-rooted communities, and serving as a catalyst for Recreation Center use. Under their contract, Stapleton Foundation provides Zumba in Spanish, Heart Health activities, and Nutrition Education courses.
