Approves a contract with Rocky Mountain Human Services for $62,500,000 and for three years to provide support services to Denver residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, citywide (SOCSV 2020-56668). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-21-20. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-18-20.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The contract provides supports and services to Denver residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities through Rocky Mountain Human Services, the State-designated Community Centered Board (“CCB”) serving Denver. Funding under this contract is for specific Rocky Mountain Human Services programs, including:
• Extended intake services for Denver residents seeking I/DD eligibility determinations
• Enhanced Case Management Services, including case management for Early Intervention (EI) Colorado services
• Full Case Management Services for babies age 0-3 no longer eligible for EI Colorado due to recent budget cuts
• Children’s Clinical Services for Early Intervention and non-Early Intervention clients
• Family Services and Supports
• Community Agency and RMHS Initiatives
• Communications and Outreach
• Individualized Client Assistance Requests and Mill Levy Service Plans
