Amends a contract with Clayton Early Learning by adding $190,546.83 for a new total of $1,799,542 to add funding for a cost of living adjustment, COVID-19 relief, and training to provide comprehensive Head Start services to 224 children in Council Districts 8 and 11. No change to contract duration (202056445). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-4-21.
