Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The downstream portion from the west side of Washington Street to the South Platte River (Phase 1) will be designed in completion and constructed in advance of any other phases of the project. The remainder of the project will include a feasibility analysis, preliminary design for the 48th Avenue corridor as part of the scope. It is intended to complete design and construct the remaining portion of the project under a future contract.
