The Project will improve the safety for vehicles and pedestrians at the E. 6th Ave. and N. Downing St. intersection and the S. Marion Parkway and E Virginia Ave intersection. The Project will require acquisition through a negotiated purchase or condemnation of all or any portion of any property as needed.   This includes easement interests, access rights, improvements, buildings, fixtures, licenses, permits and other appurtenances as part of the Project.  This ordinance also grants the right to negotiate and execute all agreements and to make all necessary payments.
