RiNo Art District will fundraise all necessary funds to complete the project, program, maintain and generally oversee the park buildings under renovation at 1900 and 1950 35th Street, Denver, CO 80216 for the enjoyment and education of the citizens of the City and County of Denver and the general public. The City will engage and retain RiNo Art District to lease, occupy, maintain, administer, manage, operate, develop, and control the buildings, facilities, improvements, grounds (excluding the Park), programs, operations, and personal property located within, immediately connected or adjacent to, or used in connection with the buildings for benefit of the public.
