Amends an agreement with The Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) to provide DCPA rent abatement for the months of November and December 2020 due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic (FINAN-201843731-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-8-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 2-3-21.
