A resolution approving a proposed Fourth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Hitachi Vantara, LLC to increase compensation, extend the term and amend a provision regarding the Denver Police High Activity Observation (HALO) video and surveillance system.
Amends a contract with Hitachi Vantara, LLC by adding $144,200 for a new total of $2,447,569 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-21 for support and maintenance of the Denver Police High Activity Observation (HALO) video and surveillance system (POLIC-202057090). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-8-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 2-3-21.

This contract provides maintenance of the existing cameras and infrastructure utilized to produce video through the City’s Milestone VMS system, warranty replacement of cameras and other equipment within the warranty period and the ability to purchase and install additional cameras in needed/requested areas.
