Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The City owns an odd shaped remnant parcel adjacent to land owned by BVS Sliver, LLC. The Division of Real Estate conducted a closed bid and the adjacent owner is the successful bidder.

 

The Division of Real Estate also conducted the Clearance and Release process in coordination with other City departments and agencies and received approval to sell vacant  land designated as surplus. The Division of Real Estate, in conjunction with the City Assessor, determined the minimum acceptable sales price.
