Type and Scope of services to be performed:

ShotSpotter, Inc. will continue to provide ShotSpotter Respond (formerly Flex) wide area Gunshot Detection, Location, and Forensic Analysis Service for the Denver Police Department.  ShotSpotter Respond is a cloud based, subscription managed service with warranty, repair, maintenance, and support services on all of its systems. The ShotSpotter Respond service includes the web-based ShotSpotter Dispatch, ShotSpotter Respond, and ShotSpotter Insight applications which run on any standard browser based platform. This contract amendment will provide continuation of services for the coverage area in Denver for a contract total of $4,526,392.   The proposed term of the contract will be 01/01/2021 - 12/31/2021.
