A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Pikes Peak Workforce Center concerning the “Pathways Home” program and the funding therefor.
Approves a grant agreement with the Pikes Peak Workforce Center for $722,057.14 and through 12-31-23 to deliver the Pathways Home program providing job/career counseling and support services for persons exiting the justice system, citywide (OEDEV-202157429-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-5-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 3-3-21.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The proposed Grant Agreement, between the City and County of Denver and the Pikes Peak Workforce Center, shall provide for the Pathways Home program that provides job/career counseling and support services for persons existing the justice system. The grant began on 10-1-2020 and will conclude on 12-31-2023.The payment made by the Pikes Peak Workforce Center to the City pursuant to and under the Grant Agreement shall be deposited into the Treasury of the City and credited to Special Fund No. 17100, which is set forth and described in Section 20-18 of the Revised Municipal Code of the City and County of Denver.
