Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This request is for a 1st amendment to the Bohler Well Services LLC (Bohler) on-call work over rig services contract at Denver International Airport (DEN). Bohler provides on-call work over rig services including crews, supervisors, pumps, tanks, blow out preventers, auxiliary equipment, miscellaneous services and associated supplies. Work over rig services are required for remedial work and compliance with regulatory agencies. This is a critical service for completing regulatory required Mechanical Integrity Testing and other critical repair work in the event of emergencies for wells that are temporarily shut in. The service is also required to permanently plug and abandon wells. A work over rig is the piece of equipment that allows the pump, rods and tubing to be lifted and lowered into the cased hole. This function allows the downhole pumps or rods to be changed, tubing to be replaced, cement plugs to be pumped for plugging, packers run for scale removal jobs, and well bore clean outs to enhance production.

Through the competitive RFP process completed in 2019, Bohler was the only responsive proposer for this opportunity. Due to the required regulatory work being much higher than the original contract value, this request is for an additional $1,500,000 increasing the maximum contract liability to $2,800,000. The term of the contract will remain unchanged.
