Approves a contract with Acme Tree Service, Inc. for $1.5 million and through 12-31-23 for on-call tree maintenance services including emergency services, tree pruning, tree removals, stump removals, and debris removal services in public right of way and private property, citywide (202157701). Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Acme Tree Service, Inc. shall provide on-call services related to tree maintenance throughout the City, including locations on public rights-of-way and on private property. Emergency services are also included. Services include tree pruning, tree removal, stump removal, and/or debris removal on public property, public rights-of-way, including such work as necessary to resolve a violation of the Denver Revised Municipal Code.
