Amends a contract with ISS Facility Services, Inc. by adding three months for a new end date of 7-31-21 for window cleaning services at Denver International Airport. No change to contract amount (202157955). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-26-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 3-24-21.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
This request is for a 1st amendment to the ISS Facility Services Inc. (ISS) window cleaning services contract at Denver International Airport (DEN). ISS provides these services at various locations at DEN. Window cleaning is defined as the complete removal of smudges, tapes, oils, and other types of soil from all glass surfaces. Additional services may include cleaning other “non-glass” surfaces that can be cleaned in conjunction with windows due to the convenience and access by the window cleaning crews. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the contract end date from April 30, 2021 to July 31, 2021 under the original contract terms and conditions. Extending the contract end date will allow DEN time to procure replacement contracts, while maintaining continuity of services.
