Type and Scope of services to be performed:

DPR currently contracts with Jefferson County R&B on a project-by-project basis to conduct road resurfacing projects in the Mountain Parks to improve existing roadways owned by the City and located in Jefferson County. The need for future road and parking lot maintenance continues to grow and DPR desires to enter into a long-term agreement with Jefferson County to allow the R&B department to conduct improvement projects as needed and requested by the City. Jeffco R&B department has the equipment and expertise to successfully implement road and parking lot improvement projects and desires to conduct projects for the City.
