A Certificate of Demolition Eligibility (CDE) application for the property at 123 Speer Blvd, was submitted to CPD on December 4, 202. Landmark staff reviewed the property and found it had the potential to be an Individual Denver Landmark. Staff posted public notice of the CDE application.
