Type and Scope of services to be performed:
This project entails the removal of three boilers to be replaced with five new 20,000,000 British thermal unit (BTU) boilers as well as the following project elements within the Central Utility Plant (CUP) and Airport Office Building (AOB) and Terminal. Procure, receive, and install the following equipment: a) five hot water boilers; b) six flue chimney stacks outside the CUP at the cooling tower basin level; c) eight variable speed chilled water pumps in the AOB and the terminal, including associated 480V variable frequency drives; d) eight variable speed hot water pumps in the AOB and the terminal, including associated 480V variable frequency drives; and e) supporting electrical, instrumentation, valving, and controls equipment.
