A resolution approving the Mayor’s reappointments to the Prosperity Denver Fund Board of Directors, formerly known as the Denver College Success Corporation.
Approves the Mayoral reappointments of Mark Goodman and Theresa Pena to the Prosperity Denver Fund Board of Directors, formerly known as the Denver College Success Corporation, for terms effective immediately and expiring on 5-01-24, or until a successor is duly appointed. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 5-18-21.

Theresa Pena, Denver (F)(H) to serve as an individual with expertise in financial aid administration or other reimbursement-based programs for a term expiring May 1, 2024, reappointed.
