Relinquishes the following easements, in their entirety: the easement reserved in vacation Ordinance No. 52 Series of 1949; the easement reserved in vacation Ordinance No. 614 Series of 1980; and the easement reserved in vacation Ordinance No. 357 Series of 1970, all easements located between West 42nd Avenue, West 43rd Avenue and Fox Street in Council District 9. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-28-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-1-21.
