Amends a contract with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. by adding two years for a new end date of 6-14-23 for engineering and design services, project management, technical documentation, software, and systems support at Denver International Airport. No change to contract amount (201736128; 202056317). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-12-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-9-21.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
This is a multiple award agreement for engineering and design services, project management, technical documentation, software, and systems support in support of the Business Technologies Division at Denver International Airport. The agreement will allow the contractors to collaborate with Denver International Airport (DEN) staff and perform such tasks as may be required to support all low voltage and specialized electronic systems to include but not limited to the following systems; access control, emergency communications system, video management system, telephony, local area network, wireless systems, premise wire communication systems, ground radar, and other specialized airport systems. Each of the Communication Engineering and Design contracts are for three years, with one optional two-year extension. This amendment request adds the one (1) optional two-year (2) extension to the original term of the contract to maintain continuity of services currently provided by AECOM Technical Services Inc.
