Approval of the park building plan for the Rosedale Maintenance Facility. The project includes a new Headquarters building that is less than 5,000 SF in floor area and less than 30-feet tall. This building will provide office, administrative and general work space for approximately 30-staff operating out of this location. Additionally, this project will provide limited renovations to the existing Shop building to address functional needs and is funded by the elevate Denver Bond.
