Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This project will design and construct safety-related intersection improvements in Denver in the Montbello neighborhood on Peoria Street at 44th and 46th Avenue and on 47th Avenue just west of Peoria at Paris Street. Potential improvements, contingent on available funding, include raised curb pedestrian refuge islands and ADA compliant improved curb ramps. Traffic signals are proposed at the Peoria locations at 44th and 46th Avenue designed to facilitate and improve pedestrian crossings. This project will be delivered by the City and County Denver and project cots include design, right-of-way (if funding is sufficient/portion of project at 47th and Paris can be delivered), environmental NEPA clearance, and construction.
