A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and CROSSPURPOSE to provide targeted training and development of executive functioning and life preparedness skills to TANF eligible clients.
Amends a contract with CrossPurpose by adding $263,100 for a new total of $1,038,125 and one year for a new end date of 6-30-22 to provide targeted training and development of executive functioning/ life preparedness skills to clients qualified for TANF benefits (SOCSV-202158160-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-19-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-16-21.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
CrossPurpose provides targeted training and development of executive functioning/ life preparedness skills to clients qualified for TANF benefits. Training curriculum will be delivered through in-person cohorts or virtual online lessons allowing multiple options for clients with other life obligation. Participants will have access to Coaches that will support career development goals.
1. Cross Purpose will provide quarterly structured 6-week career development cohorts.
a. Daily, in person sessions for approximately 4 hours per day and a total of 25 hours per week
2. For clients unable to attend in person, CrossPurpose will offer the Easy Access fully online 6-week program
a. Approximately 15-20 hours of engagement per week
b. Participants are asked to be online up to 3 times per week for a total of 4.5 hours
3. Coaches will meet one-on-one with participants for up to three (3) 1-hour coaching sessions and additional weekly check-ins.
4. Between the two models CrossPurpose may serve up to a total of sixty (60) TANF participants
