The proposed companion ordinance designates the projects and level of funding to be undertaken with the proceeds of any general obligations bonds authorized by voters at the November 2, 2021 election. The project purposes and level of funding are as follows:
• Denver Facilities ($294,040,000)
• Housing and Sheltering System Facilities ($38,600,000)
• Transportation and Mobility System Facilities ($63,320,000)
• Parks and Recreation System Facilities ($54,070,000)
Specific project detail is provided in the attached ordinance. Within each purpose, any modifications to add or remove a line item project will require an amendment of this Ordinance by the Denver City Council. In addition, whenever a line item project set forth in this Ordinance includes a list of specific locations where the project will be undertaken, any modification to remove any listed location will require an amendment to this Ordinance by the Denver City Council.
