Amends a contract with Colorado Coalition for the Homeless by adding $44,333 for a new total of $1,237,563 and three months for a new end date of 9-30-21 to provide staffing for screening and triage at shelters for people experiencing homelessness in response to the COVID-19 pandemic (HOST 202159485-03).
