Approves a concession agreement with Tastes DEN JV, LLC for rental revenue based on a minimum annual guarantee of $1,100,000 or percentage compensation of gross revenues at a location on Concourse B at Denver International Airport (201951175). Denver International Airport (DEN) requested proposals from qualified entities to develop and operate the offered B West Expansion Food and Beverage Marketplace opportunity. After submittal and evaluation of responsive proposals, the Independent Evaluation panel recommended that Tastes DEN JV, LLC (Aviano Coffee, El Chingon and Mizu Sushi - Izakaya) be selected for direct negotiations. The location will be 3,774 sq. ft., for the concourse level space and 1,484 sq. ft., for the ramp level kitchen space, total 5,258 sq. ft.
