A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Clayton Early Learning to add compensation and provide comprehensive Head Start and Early Head Start services.
Amends a contract with Clayton Early Learning by adding $25,511 for a new total of $1,720,824 to add cost of living adjustments (COLA) to provide comprehensive Head Start services and Early Head Start services in Council Districts 3, 7, 8, and 11. No change to contract duration (202160164). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-18-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-15-21.
