A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the United States Department of Treasury concerning the “Social Impact Partnerships to Pay for Results Act (SIPPRA)” program and the funding therefor.
Approves a grant agreement with the U.S. Department of Treasury for $5,512,000 and through 4-28-29 to receive Social Impact Partnerships to Pay for Results Act funds (SIPPRA) to provide funding for the Denver Housing to Health (H2H) Pay for Success project (HOST 202160100). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-1-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-28-21.

This request accepts a new grant agreement between the Department of Housing Stability and Department of Housing and U.S. Department of Treasury. The grant agreement will provide funding for the Denver Housing to Health (H2H) Pay for Success project.
