A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Krische Construction, Inc. to add compensation and two years for a new end date for on-call construction services as needed citywide.
Amends a contract with Krische Construction, Inc. by adding $10 million for a new total of $25 million and two years for a new end date of 6-26-24 for on-call construction services as needed, including deferred maintenance and renovation work, in municipal buildings, citywide (DOTI-202160294-01; 201947345-01).
